Terms & Conditions

Upon booking your space on our trip, we will send you a confirmation email, a full Terms and Conditions policy and a waiver form, for which you will need to accept and complete prior to your attendance on the trip.

This waiver includes your declaration that you are physically fit enough to participate in Kitesurfing and/or yoga and other activities (depending on the retreat you are booking). 

We require that you communicate with us any relevant medical ailments: allergies, disabilities, medical incapacities etc before booking and accepting our Terms & Conditions.

That you are over the age of 18 and otherwise accompanied by a parent or guardian.

That you consent to any photography or video footage taken on the trip to be used on our social media platforms and website for promotional purposes only. (Please get in touch to be exempt from any photographic involvement).

 

Bookings, Payment and Deposits

To make a deposit for any retreat listed on the site, you can select the desired trip and make a payment through the website. This will secure your place.

We also work with ClearPay, which give you ability to pay your deposit in 4 interest free instalments. If you would also like to discuss a payment plan, or anything else, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

If a deposit is made, Payment in Full must be made 20 days prior to the Retreat/Camp start date. 

Only when payment is received in full will you be accepted on the trip.

Once the deposit payment through the website is made, you will receive an email confirmation.

A registration form and waiver that will need to be filled in and signed before we can accept your attendance on the trip. These files will be emailed to you in ample time prior to the trip at hand and will also request full payment.

We accept most forms of payment through our website. PayPal, Revolut and ClearPay are also available for alternative methods and instalment plans.

 

Travel Insurance

Due to our trips involving extreme sports such as skiing or Kitesurfing which can involve a lot of equipment, we strongly recommend that you embark on this journey with travel insurance. Equally, in the event of having to cancel your trip last minute, insurance would avoid any financial loss. Please see our full cancellation policy below.

 

Lessons and Equipment Rentals

All Equipment rental and Lesson options for our camps are included in the price of your chosen package.

There are multiple variations depending on the choice of accommodation you choose and level of Kitesurfing you are currently at.

In the unfortunate event of there being no wind for more than 5 days of your Kite camp, and if you have paid for a package with Lessons or equipment rental, we will be happy to refund you 25% of your total payment upon request.

Any customer renting kitesurfing equipment is responsible for any loss or serious damage incurred by inappropriate use. They accept the responsibility of replacing any lost equipment. Any damages that are repairable will also be covered by the customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation or booking, please see below:

Cancellation will be valid the day we receive the booking termination request.

In the unlikely event that the trip itself is moved or canceled, you will be refunded and/or alerted of the altered date/times with the option to continue with the booking or request a full refund.

whilst bookings are made/reserved, you are holding space on our retreat that is no longer available to other possible guests. Last minute cancellations and refund requests have a huge impact on our business and being able to cover upfront costs. Please be respectful of other guests that may want to book and our livelihood! We ask that you give as much notice as possible with bookings and cancellations. Please get in touch as soon as possible, Thank you!

  • When the cancellation is made 2 months before the start of your booking 100% of the total paid amount will be refunded.
  • when the cancellation is made 1 month before the starting We will keep 100% of the deposit and refund the rest of the paid amount 
  • When cancellation is made 14 days before the start of the trip We will keep 50% of the total booking.
  • When cancellation is made within 1 week of the trip start date We will keep 100% of the total booking amount. We do not refund your payment and recommend you to contact your insurance company.

We cannot be held responsible for missed or canceled flights and recommend you speak to your travel insurance company in the unfortunate event of this happening.
