If you’re feeling low on energy, disconnected from your routine, or just not quite yourself lately, this 5 day escape is for you.

This retreat is built around movement that feels good, food that nourishes you, and structure that helps you reset. You’ll be training every day, mixing strength and sweat with stretch and stillness. It’s about feeling stronger in your body, clearer in your head, and genuinely excited to take that energy home with you.

Led by yoga teacher Lilly Richardson, this retreat combines everything from workouts, energising yoga, hikes through the hills, morning runs and meditation, with fresh food and a motivating group vibe that gets you going without pressure.

It’s not about punishment or perfection. It’s about finding your rhythm again.

A Note from Lilly: “Between 2017 and 2019, we ran over six retreats at this beautiful location. It became a place that means so much to me. There’s something about the energy of the villa, the group, the movement, the food, the nature. It’s a reset on every level. I’m so excited to be going back and to share this space with a new group who are ready to move, laugh, rest, and reconnect with themselves.”

A Typical Day

6:30 Sunrise Meditation

7:00 Run (length and speed of your choice!)

8:30 Vinyasa Yoga session 75-90 min

10:30 Brunch

12:00pm Group hike, tennis or workshop (or relax by the pool)

4:00pm Hiit (every other day)

5:00pm Yin or restorative yoga

7:00pm Dinner

Evenings are free for games, films, chats or early nights

The schedule is structured but everything is optional. Join what feels right for you. This is your week, your pace.

Where You’ll Stay

Can Melcion, a private luxury villa in the Mallorcean hills just outside Pollença town. Surrounded by stunning mountains, countryside and wide open sky, this peaceful villa is the perfect base for both movement and rest.

Inside, the space is airy, bright and super comfortable with shared and private rooms available. Outside, you’ll find a large pool, tennis court, gardens, a dedicated yoga lawn and plenty of quiet corners to unwind.

The Food

All meals are vegetarian, cooked by an in-house chef using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Much of the produce comes directly from the villa’s garden or surrounding areas. Every meal is designed to fuel you well, keep you energised and satisfy you fully.

Snacks, teas and coffees are available throughout the day. We are happy to cater for any dietary needs, just let us know.

About your teacher

Lilly has been teaching Yoga for 13 years both in London and around the world. From Vinyasa, Pregnancy yoga, Yin, Mandala, Forrest yoga to teaching premier league footballers or in corporate boardrooms, from JP Morgan to Om yoga festival has qualified in many styles of yoga with a wealth of teaching experience in varied fields. Her classes are strong and energetic with her focus is based on anatomical alignment combined with re-centering and building energy in the body. More recently found running retreats internationally for League Collective in Yoga, Skiing, Kitesurfing and beyond, the best way to access her classes on a regular basis is certainly online.
