Online Yoga Classes
Whether you’re gearing up to join us on a yoga retreat and want to practise before, or a busy bee and online suits you best, this class is for you! Lilly will be teaching a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class every Tuesday 8pm GMT. All levels are welcome however, some prior yoga experience is advised as there won’t be demonstrations for every pose, mostly personally directed verbal cues.
Select which option suits you best
1 Class per week:
- 4 classes per month! Join me every Tuesday for Vinyasa yoga!
1 Class every 2 weeks:
- Access 2 classes a month on any Tuesday you choose, and your attendance will be monitored 🙂
What to Expect:
- Lilly will be teaching a 60 minute Vinyasa flow session. (Via Zoom)
- This is a strong Vinyasa class! Be prepared to sweat, wear comfy clothes
- This is a group class. So long as you are visible on camera you will receive personal assistance
- Class open to all levels however some previous yoga experience will make it more enjoyable for you to follow as there will just be verbal cues.
- This is a subscription based class. You will be billed monthly until cancelled.
If you would like to attend this class but can’t make the timing, please know that the class will be recorded and can be sent to you to access for 24 hours after.

Lilly has been teaching Yoga for 13 years both in London and around the world. From Vinyasa, Pregnancy yoga, Yin, Mandala, Forrest yoga to teaching premier league footballers or in corporate boardrooms, from JP Morgan to Om yoga festival has qualified in many styles of yoga with a wealth of teaching experience in varied fields. Her classes are strong and energetic with her focus is based on anatomical alignment combined with re-centering and building energy in the body. More recently found running retreats internationally for League Collective in Yoga, Skiing, Kitesurfing and beyond, the best way to access her classes on a regular basis is certainly online.
